TELECOMMUNICATIONS
In order to keep your systems in tip-top shape and to ensure a quick response we will need remote access to the equipment. Staff here at SMCOMMUNICATIONS are fully aware of the manufacturer's licensing terms and conditions associated with their software products and adhere to them at all times. Remote support has been achieved by using our vast experience and technical expertise to develop and utilise alternative methods of access, thereby bypassing the legal restrictions imposed by the use of the manufacturer's software. Rest assured, SMCOMMUNICATIONS would not knowingly undermine any client's legal position by offering or undertaking services that are clearly considered illegal or unlawful.
DOOR ENTRY SYSTEM
SMCOMMUNICATIONS have created their own version of door entry software enabling a close proximity device (i.e - Don't search around bags and wallets for your door card, just be in close proximity). This software gives you the end user, full access to the simple graphical user interface and control access to your doors thus increasing your security around the workplace. This access control works on existing networks via IP Addressing or we can even install a new network for your door access as a seperate entity.
HOTEL APPLICATIONS
Whilst working alongside iS-Plus Ltd we can also offer hotel packages that are completely customisable by yourself. Via this software you can book people onto your system and in turn this will open up their room telephone connection to an international level and when booking out of their room reduces the telephone line back to internal level making sure that the only calls made from the room are at the clients own expense.
CALL LOGGING SOFTWARE
Software has been developed to allow your call records to be collated and reported on, allowing you to print the entire call log that is in question. This software will show who iniated the call, how long the call was and the cost of the call (The cost is detrmined by yourself via our own tarriff table option via Mark Up or Down)
